The custom design process is a collaboration between Holesome and the client. This could mean designing a one-of-a-kind engagement ring, changing or personalizing designs from our existing collections, working with your dream gemstone, or any unique design you have in mind. We welcome inspiration and reference images, but keep in mind that we will focus on creating something original that reflects your idea in our distinctive style.

We will review all the details, and if the project is a good fit for us both we’ll reach out with design sketches and a cost estimate, at which point a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to continue the process. From here, we’ll source stones and create a wax model. Once approved, the wax model will be cast in metal and finished entirely in house.
