We work with any karat of white and yellow gold, and sterling silver. No plating, we only cast solid metals.

All jewellery is shipped using Canada post with signature required. We offer $15.00 CAD flat rate worldwide tracked shipping. Free untracked shipping within Canada is also available. Studio pickup is also an option for those in Winnipeg.

A good estimate for sizing is that at least one finger should fit the same size as your shoe size, however this varies! We recommend a formal sizing for any rings. We are happy to mail you a ring sizer or you can come by the studio in person for a sizing, just reach out through the form below. Most jewellery stores can help you find your size if you are not in Winnipeg.

Yes! Whether you have a vision for a one-of-a-kind piece, or want to customize an existing design from our collections, we’re happy to work within our style to accommodate you. All commissions are subject to our approval and we will not copy existing designs. Check out our “Custom Orders” page for more details!

Ready-to-ship items generally take 1-2 weeks to arrive at your door. Made-to-order lead times are generally 2-4 weeks before shipment. Timelines for custom pieces vary heavily but are generally 4-8 weeks from the initial consult.

Proper care goes along way in ensuring your piece lasts a lifetime! We recommend removing your jewellery prior to swimming, bathing, and exercising. You can use a gentle, scent-free soap to clean at home with a soft-bristle toothbrush and polish with the cloth provided with each order. We also offer maintenance services, reach out via the form below if you’d like to have your Holesome piece cleaned and polished professionally.

This depends! In general, we can use existing gold in custom pieces and offset the total cost of the ring this way, however this depends on the karat of gold and colour you’re after. We are also able to reset certain stones depending on their hardness. We unfortunately cannot work with existing silver pieces.
